1.Application Of PVC Insulation Flexible Wire

PVC Insulation Flexible Wire is fit for AC rated voltage 450/750V and below of domestic electrical appliances of smaller size motorized tools of instruments of various meters and motorized lighting installations.

2.Construction Of PVC Insulated Flexible Wire

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) insulated flexible wire is a type of electrical wire that is commonly used in various applications, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. It is known for its flexibility, durability, and ease of installation. Here is a general overview of the construction of PVC insulated flexible wire:

 

Conductor:

The conductor is the heart of the wire and is responsible for carrying the electrical current. It's usually made of copper or aluminum, both of which are good electrical conductors. PVC insulated cords can produce two-core or even multi-core conductor wires according to customer needs.

 

Insulation:

The conductors are coated with a layer of PVC insulation, which provides electrical insulation to prevent the flow of current to unintended areas and prevent electric shock. PVC insulation is known for its excellent electrical properties, durability, and resistance to moisture, chemicals, and abrasion. A nylon sheath can be added to the outer layer due to the needs of the product's use environment.

 

Service Conditions:

Working temperature:Not more than 105°C for RV-105 model.The other no more than 70°C.

 

Technical Performance:

1) If the insulated conductors and complete wires are put into the water at 20+5°C for an hour,they are able to pass the Water Immersion AC Voltage Test as stated.

2) The PVC Insulation Wire has excellent electrical insulation performance and mechnical performance and non-inflammability, so it is safe and convenient to use. The manufacturer’s name, the model and the voltage grade should be clearly and consecutively printed on the surface of the the complete wires.

Delivery Requirements

If cable is packed in circle,its length should be 100m long.If it is packed in bundle,its length should be no less than 100m.The short cable which are no less than 20m are permissible to delivery.The quantity of short cable should be no more than 10% of the whole delivery.If mutual agreement is made,everything will be done according to the agreement.
