THHN/THWN cable
THHN/THWN Conductors are primarily used in conduit for services, feeder and branch circuits in commercial or industrial applications as specified in the National Electrical Code. For the type THHN, conductor is suitable for use in dry locations at temperatures not to exceed 90ºC. As for the type THWN,conductor is suitable in wet or dry locations at temperatures not to exceed 90ºC in dry locations or 75ºC in wet locations or not to wxceed 75ºC when exposed to oil or coolant. Conductor temperatures are not to exceed 105ºC in dry locations when rated AWM, which is used as appliance wiring material. Voltage rating for all applications in 600 volts.

Product Applications
Product Construction
Conductor:copper,aliminum,aluminum alloy, CCA
Insulation:flame retardant PVC(polyvinyl chloride).
Jacket:tough polyamide nylon,It is also resistant to oil ,gasoline and heat-resistant thermoplastic insulation with a jacket of extruded nylon or equivalent material. The wire is rated 90ºC dry only.
Product performance
1.Outer power line is good at insulation property machines property and non-inflammability with reliable quality attend convenient durability. The wire have good electrical insulation, mechanical and non-extensile property with its reliability and durability.
2.Finished wire should have wire model and voltage signs. The wires should have security marks of manufacturers’ names, types of cables and rated voltage on the insulation or out sheath.
Note
1:THHN:It indicates a single or stranded conductor having flame-retardant and heat-resistant thermoplastic insulation with a jacket of extruded nylon or equivalent material. The wire is rated 90ºC dry only.
2:It indicates a single or stranded conductor having flame-retardant,moisture and heat-resistant thermoplastic insulation with a jacket of extruded nylon or equivalent. The Wire is rated 75ºC wet or 90 ºC dry.
