Medium Voltage XLPE Insulated Power Cable
The cable grade range of medium voltage cables is 6~35KV. In addition to standard MV cable products, we can also customize MV cables for you based on your specific application needs. Application:
The cable grade range of medium voltage cables is 6~35KV. In addition to standard MV cable products, we can also customize MV cables for you based on your specific application needs. Medium voltage cables according to different sheath make ups,they can be used for laying in the air(cable bridges,indoor wall supports and groove boxes)and in soil(direct burying,cable canals and pipelines,etc.)
Construction:
Cross-Sectional Area: usually 35mm2 to 630mm2
Number of Cores: single-core or triple core.
Conductor: solid or stranded aluminum conductor, stranded copper conductor.
Insulation: XLPE (frequently used as a medium voltage cable) or EPR (because it is relatively flexible, it is often used in marine or marine applications).
Metal Shield: concentric copper wire screen, an aluminum foil laminate, extruded lead alloy sheath.
Armored: Aluminum tape armor is mainly used for single-core cables, and galvanized steel wire armor is mainly used for multicore cables.
Outer Sheath:Cable jacket materials include PVC, EPR, LSZH, etc., to meet different environmental requirements.

Delivery Requirements
If cable is packed in circle,its length should be 100m long.If it is packed in bundle,its length should be no less than 100m.The short cable which are no less than 20m are permissible to delivery.The quantity of short cable should be no more than 10% of the whole delivery.If mutual agreement is made,everything will be done according to the agreement.
